Clear Bag Policy
Each ticketed guest will be permitted to carry one large clear bag, either a Ziploc style bag or a 12”x6”x12” clear bag. Bags may be searched.
Clear bags provide another layer of security with less inconvenience to our guests as they are easier and faster to search. It also supports the Department of Homeland Security’s “See Something, Say Something” campaign.
Approved bags include but are not limited to:
- Bags that are clear, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12”x6”x12”
- One-gallon clear plastic freezer bags (Ziploc bag or similar)
- Single compartment bags, fanny packs, or clutches that do not exceed 5″x9″
An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection upon entry. Medical bags may be no larger than what is needed to properly transport medically-necessary equipment. Diapers and other baby supplies can be carried in a clear bag. Each member of a family, including children, is allowed to carry an approved clear bag into the Civic Center of Anderson or William A. Floyd Amphitheater.
Prohibited bags include, but are not limited to:
- Purses larger than a clutch bag (5″x9″)
- Briefcases
- Backpacks
- Cinch bags that are not clear or exceed 12″x6″x12″
- Fanny packs that are not clear and exceed size restriction
- If you bring a blanket, please carry this over your shoulder, or outside of its bag to be screened more quickly.
- If chairs are permitted for the event you are attending, please have the chair out of its bag (or, leave the bag at home or in your vehicle) to further expedite the security process. You will be required to remove all chairs from their bags.
- There are no provisions to check prohibited items at the gates. You will be required to discard of any prohibited items or bring them back to your vehicle for storage.

Lost and Found
Items that are found are turned into Guest Services during an event. At the conclusion of the event, items are kept for a period of up to 30 days from the date found. If you have lost an item please take a moment to browse through the items unclaimed before filing a claim.

Prohibited Items
We ask all guests to arrive early and travel light, as you may be subject to search, which includes metal detecting hand wands upon entry.
For safety reasons, prohibited items include but are not limited to:
- Weapons, pepper spray, mace, flares, or fireworks
- Outside Food & Beverage
- Alcohol
- External Flash Cameras
- Cameras with an interchangeable/detachable lens (No professional photography)
- Audio/Visual Recording Devices
- Tripods/Monopods
- Laser Pointers
- Laptop/Tablet computers,
- 2-way radios, flashlights
- Bags (backpacks, large bags, suitcases, luggage): Clear bags are permitted and may not be larger than 12″x6″x12″
- Flammable liquids
- Chains or studded bracelets
- Illegal Drugs/Substances
- Fireworks
- Flashlights
- Balloons/Permanent Markers and Spray Paint
- Unapproved Pamphlets/Handouts/Ads
- Patrons without shoes or shirts
- Beach Balls or Projectiles
- Skateboards, Segways, rollerblades, hoverboards, bicycles, helmets, chairs
- Cans and Bottles
- Umbrellas
- Pets (other than service animals)
- Glass, metal, or plastic containers of any kind
- Cans/Bottles/Flasks
- Permanent markers, spray paint
- Masks
- Selfie Sticks
