How to Buy Tickets

Visit the Anderson Sports and Entertainment website at www.andersonevents.com or visit the box office on the day of the event beginning two-hours prior to the posted event start time, unless otherwise noted.

Box Office Hours

The Anderson Sports and Entertainment Center physical box office is open two hours prior to the posted event start time, unless otherwise noted. Tickets may be purchased online 24/7 at www.andersonevents.com. Ticket handling fees are the same in-person at the box office as they are purchasing online.

Who Needs a Ticket

All fans, regardless of age, require a ticket to enter the facility.

Methods of Payment

Tickets may be purchased using cash or all major credit or debit cards. Tickets cannot be reserved without payment. We do not accept personal checks.

No Refunds Policy

Tickets are non-refundable, and no credits will be issued for unused tickets. If an event is canceled in its entirety, refunds will be given, or other accommodations will be made. If refunds are granted, tickets purchased with a credit card via Box Office, phone or online will automatically be refunded to the original credit card used. Tickets purchased at the Venue box using cash must be returned to the Box Office for a cash refund.

If an event is delayed or must be shortened due to severe weather conditions deeming it unsafe for patrons to be in the facility, but at a certain time the show receives the all-clear for the show to continue, no refunds will be issued.

Method of Delivery

Tickets purchased online will be available for print at home or mobile delivery. Tickets purchased in person will be sent digitally to the fan following the purchase.

Will-Call Procedures

For events that allow will-call, tickets will be available for pickup two hours prior to the posted start time of the event. Please bring a proper form of identification for verification or the credit card the tickets were purchased with or tickets cannot be relinquished to the customer. For your protection tickets will ONLY be released to the person whose name appears on the ticket envelope. In some cases, Name Changes are not allowed. If tickets were purchased through Etix.com the original purchaser must go through Etix.com to change the name.

Lost/Stolen Tickets

If your tickets have been lost or stolen we encourage patrons to inform the Box Office as soon as possible and to keep looking! There is NO guarantee we will be able to assist you in replacing your lost or stolen tickets, although we will attempt to remedy the situation. Please note tickets purchased with cash are like cash and cannot be replaced.

Consumer Warning

The only authorized sales agents for Anderson Sports and Entertainment Center are the venue box office, etix.com, andersonevents.com or Etix phone centers at (800) 514-3849. Tickets purchased from unauthorized sources may be stolen, counterfeit or invalid due to payment issues and may not be honored. Tickets purchased from outside sources are often inflated in price and are not eligible for assistance if tickets are ever lost or stolen or if the event is canceled or rescheduled. Anderson Sports and Entertainment Center is not responsible for tickets purchased from other sources.
